How to make a foxy pin cushion

This idea came from a book that featured the talented craftspeople from the Repair Barn, although the projects were was not attributed to them. The patterns in the book included a panda and a tawny owl. I have made a fox as I had been given some tan coloured felt. If you happen to have any steel wool hanging around, you can use a small amount in the top of the pincushion to keep the pins sharp. Apparently sharp sand has a similar effect, but I haven’t tried it yet.
